We had a little sashimi left over from our lunch (sashimi platter) at Miyagawa Kappo, so we had another kind of sashimi.
Lunchtime drinking is the best 😋🥰.
The owner served us oysters in soy sauce.
It's a delicious, slightly dry sake with a mellow flavor and a pleasant stimulation on the tongue from the raw sake.

This is the restaurant we used at last week's [Gurutonami Chigasaki]. The June sake, which was supposed to be our first encounter, was sold out the other day, so we revisited the restaurant for a lunchtime drink.
It is dry and refreshing to drink.
It went perfectly with the sashimi platter (tuna, yellowtail, bonito, and sea bream) and bonito stew that I ordered for lunch.

Rich mellow umami-guchi taste with plenty of umami
205.6.18[Gurutonmi-Chigasaki] We met this sake again at a restaurant we visited for the first time at an event.
The aroma is subtle, but you can taste it. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little mellow and dry.
I think I can taste the "rich umami" after rolling it around in my mouth for a while. (I may be mistaken 😅).
I also had it hot. The flavor is so mellow and full that you can taste the umami of the rice.
