A series of drinks I haven't had in a long time Sake that is like biting into a fruit. I can't believe this is the standard! I see what you mean... this is Jyushiyo! One sip and you get sourness, sweetness, umami, and a hint of pear and apple! The aftertaste is not blurred at all, why is it so sweet? I wonder when I can drink it again! I like it very much!

First series in ten years I don't think I've ever been so excited about this, but.., Gassy and sweet! The aroma is strong. Moderate acidity, fruity, delicious! It has a happy aftertaste! I see, this is Jikin! I like it! The winners are fried chicken wings (rice flour 3:potato starch 1) and shrimp crackers!

6 days after opening the bottle Store at 0°C Not spectacular, but tasty, with a bit of sweetness and bitterness, which disappears in the aftertaste. The snack is a meat miso paste. The aroma is weak, a little bit of alcohol, a hint of pineapple...? Not the shock of the first drink, but a very good sake.

Purchased at a liquor store in Fuchu. Asked for a recommendation, not glamorous, but I like it. It has a good balance of rice and umami, try it! Purchased on September 30, 2025 50% Yamadanishiki 100% 16% 720ml Manufactured on 2025.9 I was excited to open the bottle this day! I was so excited to open the bottle this day! The PP cap won't open..., The cap wouldn't open, or rather, the bottom part wouldn't cut..., I managed to open it with nippers, but next time I couldn't close the cap... I guess I turned it too much and the screw died... I'm too sad, but I'm going to make a cup of sake first, it's Sake Day! Yum eh! Sourness, sweetness, and a thick aftertaste...too beautiful! Is it the taste of robust rice? I like it too much, I'm so happy. Good sake on a good day, that's the best... I'm glad I came across it.

100% Izumo Sakonishiki 55% 15%, 7.9 I went to a brewery in Izumo City and asked for a recommendation. I thought sweet sake was too much for me, so I bought the sake they offered me. It's pitch black and cool! Drank it at room temperature. Plenty of umami, with an aftertaste. Nice lingering aftertaste. Is it sweet? Not sweet, not spicy. Delicious! But I'd like to try it chilled.

70% 17% Mr. Meguro's Omachi from Kurashiki Sake degree is -13! At Sunrise Izumo Near Izumo station, I bought it at a brewery. After tasting the sake, I thought it was a good brewery, mainly dry, but then I heard they had a limited edition of Amakuchi, so I bought it! It was full of sweetness, but had a nice sharp aftertaste thanks to the acidity? Nice aftertaste, the acidity doesn't assert itself or get in the way. No bubbles, this is a winner! It was a draft sake and was produced in March. Lucky for us, it survived well.

I drank it because it said "sweet". 15%, 60% Sake is -1. With shrimp and lotus root spring rolls. Gentle on the palate. Gorgeous, sweet, gentle Clean aftertaste This is, good, good, good, On a side note, this Tsubameya store is amazing! They have junmai sake from 27 breweries in Shimane! A great place to try out the sake! I was allowed to enter at 16:00 on an ordinary Monday! I'll probably come back anytime I'm in Izumo!

Lightly Drunk Dan 65% 16% 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Shimane Prefecture I drank it because it said it was sweet. Sip, no sourness, sweet. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it smells like alcohol, but I don't know what to call it. Nice sake. You don't see many local brands.

Gassan Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi 55% 16% abv. I came to Izumo to take the Sunrise train. A nice town with two sake breweries in front of the station. I drank this sake at Tsubameya on Sun Road Nakamachi. A sip, soft aftertaste and a soft sweet smell! It is very tasty, strong, with no unpleasant acidity at all. Too much to my liking! No bubbles. Izumo is delicious. Will come back again!

treasured species Why Thursday...it was so good! 45% 16% alcohol Koshiro Nishiki 720ml Manufactured 2025.03 Tasake's good one. There are many kinds of rice, but Kojo-nishiki is the best. The aroma is strong, pear? It smells sweet. The only thing that comes out in the mouth is delicious! First of all, the aftertaste is excellent. No, it has a sweet aftertaste. The second sip of sake is sweet and full, with a bit of sourness and a beautiful aftertaste! What a great sake! Why is it so delicious? I'm going to Aomori again!

A bottle of combined sales 35% 17% alcohol 100% Sakahomare produced in Fukui Prefecture Boxed sake, I was so excited as soon as I opened it! And I thought it was a 4-pack bottle, but it was 500ml! I've never seen that kind of bottle before. Apple aroma, slight acidity. Drinking it, the clarity is amazing. But it has a strong umami, beautiful aftertaste! Too good to drink for me... I want to enjoy drinking it!

Koshi-tanrei 100% 50% 17% R7.9 Not too light, not too loud, but Koshitanrei sake rice? It seems to be Koshitanrei sake rice. It is said to be made from Koshitanrei sake rice! The taste is so strong! It has a sweet taste with a beautiful aftertaste. The most delicious sake at the last event. I bought some to take home and have been drinking it. The aroma is strong, like pineapple or Mitsuya cider. They say it smells sweet. I like it so much I want to visit the brewery. I want to plan a trip to go there.

Nama sake, limited edition sake from the Otedori shopping street in Nagaoka City I bought it at a liquor store on the way home from an event. Today it was the third sake. The aroma is said to be Mitsuya cider, thin. If I had to guess, I'd say it was pineapple. Taste is sweet. Nice and complex taste as a pure sake. The aftertaste is complex and lingers. There is little acidity. No gassiness. It was produced in April, and I was told by my friends that it was leftover, but it's quite tasty. However, it is not my favorite.

I bought some booze I drank yesterday and went home. Anyway, it's sweet. Smells like Mitsuya cider. A little gassy. Sweet to the aftertaste, but it disappears quickly. I really like it. I want to go back to buy more!
