Hanpukai Sake Same brewery as Hana Yuu Low acidity, fruity, very nice. When I drank it at Bishamonten a while ago, it seemed a bit spicy, but it's gorgeous and delicious going in here! Nice sake, I like it!

I was curious during the sake brewery tasting. Aged sake of five months The color is yellowish. The taste is sweet with a hint of sourness and no bubbles. Flavor: a hint of Shaoxing wine? I don't know because I don't drink much aged wine. I asked the brewer about it, and he said that it is still young as an aged sake. It is still young. Originally, it was called Hamura. Half rice? Tulip? Double cropping in the fields of Apparently? It's soft and tasty. But I think I like it better when it's younger.
