I visited the brewery at the end of the year and bought some 😁 at the store on the premises.
It is said that this sake was served at the Tokyo Summit.
I'm told that every brewery in Tokyo has the recipe, but I'm not sure if it's true or not... 🤔
Well, let's open the bottle 🍶.
It smells like thin, sweet, elegant strawberry🍓 ☺️
On the palate, it is another elegant sweetness. It has a light sweetness, and the mouthfeel is clean and light.
In spite of this, it has a rich ginjo aroma that adds depth to the flavor, making it a taste that is not lacking in any way. ☺️
I was surprised at how different it was from Kaisen's usual sakes 😳. ヒロ☀️
I went to the Fussa Brewery Open 🤗
It was held simultaneously by Ishikawa Sake Brewery and Tamura Sake Brewery 😆.
Let's start with Tamura.
You get sake to pre-order 🍶.
The door to the brewery was open and we were able to take a leisurely tour inside. Even to the untrained eye, you can see that they have invested in equipment 😄.
After a quick look around, they were having a Kagami-Biraki (Kagami-biraki) ceremony and it was a lot of fun 🙌.
We were given sake to drink 🍶.
It was clean and smooth like water 💧.
No sweetness, lots of rice flavor🌾☺️
Rice flavor to the aftertaste 🌾.
The smell of cedar in the barrel is also nice 🥰. かずきOpened April 29, 2022

The Sake!
Strong! Full-bodied!
At first, the impression is "sake❗️", but later the richness and sweetness slowly permeate the mouth...
I drank it chilled, but I wonder how it is when heated up?
Both must be delicious ^ ^. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
