パーム農家Fukko-Born purchased at the Tamura Sake Brewery's direct sales office. The impact is so strong that it is as if you are drinking sake lees. I first drank it cold, but the flavor seemed harsh and harsh when cold. When left at room temperature, the aroma opens up and the flavor mellows out, and it is ready to drink. It has a strong, robust flavor that is very festive. パーム農家On July 12, a tasting of a new brand was held at the Tamura Sake Brewery in Fussa City, Tokyo, where Kaisen is brewed. I was lucky enough to win the lottery and went to Fussa City by myself. I can't go into details about the new brand because of restrictions, but it was a very worthwhile experience. Aside from the sake information, I was amazed at the more than 200-year relationship between Fussa City and the Tamura family.
On the way home from the tasting, I bought a bottle of "Kemetsuke Dry Taste" at a direct sales place. I was a little bit excited to enjoy this rare brand on the green car of the Ome Line. The taste and aroma are like an old-fashioned Honjo-Harakuchi. It is not glamorous, but it must be an everyday sake loved by the people of Fussa for a long time. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, palm farmer 😃.

This is my first time to try this brand.

It has the atmosphere of a dry classic.
Almost no aroma.
When you drink it, it goes in quickly,
It is sharp and crisp with a sense of alcohol,
Quite dry.
I thought it would be better to warm it up,
I personally thought it was better warmed up to lukewarm.
I also enjoyed it with the squid rice.

I visited the brewery at the end of the year and bought some 😁 at the store on the premises.
It is said that this sake was served at the Tokyo Summit.
I'm told that every brewery in Tokyo has the recipe, but I'm not sure if it's true or not... 🤔

It smells like thin, sweet, elegant strawberry🍓 ☺️
On the palate, it is another elegant sweetness. It has a light sweetness, and the mouthfeel is clean and light.
In spite of this, it has a rich ginjo aroma that adds depth to the flavor, making it a taste that is not lacking in any way. ☺️

I went to the Fussa Brewery Open 🤗
It was held simultaneously by Ishikawa Sake Brewery and Tamura Sake Brewery 😆.

The door to the brewery was open and we were able to take a leisurely tour inside. Even to the untrained eye, you can see that they have invested in equipment 😄.
After a quick look around, they were having a Kagami-Biraki (Kagami-biraki) ceremony and it was a lot of fun 🙌.

It was clean and smooth like water 💧.
