FuuGee
One item I got at the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Sake Expo.
Hardly available in Kansai, or rather, they hardly ship from Nagaoka City😅.
It's a junmai ginjo made from local Nagaoka gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) 😄.
It is a strong-tasting sake with a light and dry image, which is not typical of Niigata!
More like a Sado Island sake 🥃.
There is a slight sourness and sweetness that you can feel on your tongue, followed by a big volume 😲.
It feels like it expands to two levels past the throat!
I think it's a sake to enjoy the taste slowly on its own to feel the changes in the mouth 🍶.
