Nigorimofu is the first nigori sake I have had in a long time.
First, the supernatant.
Slight yogurt flavor, volume there mysterious 😄.
Next, stirred.
The volume and sweetness increases, and the roughness on the tongue adds an interesting feeling 🤣.
Calpis for adults 🍶.
Just right for a midday drink 😁.
