San'in Travel Souvenir No. 5
Tasake (rice wine) available in Matsue
Special pure rice with such sweetness and flavor!
Fruity like a ginjo-style sake!
We enjoyed it with kamaboko (fish cake) and grilled sea bream.
San'in Travel Souvenir No. 5
This is the last sake from a local brewery.
Is it crisp and dry when served chilled?
It is a perfect food sake.
It was a delicious sake.
San'in Trip Souvenir No. 4
When we asked for a recommendation at a local specialty store, we were introduced to a bottle of sake.
The sake brewer and the sake store collaborated to make this sake. This is a pattern we hear a lot about these days.
Junmai Ginjo, the first junmai ginjo in a while.
It is a good sake with sweetness and umami of rice.
San-in travel souvenir No.2
Nigori-shu (cloudy sake) by Oroku
You would think the sweetness would prevail in a cloudy sake, but it has a strong umami taste.
I like this sake. It was a good purchase.
The first San-in travel souvenir!
Shimane Prefecture's famous sake Oroku!
Find a store that carries it and buy it!
The first one is Junmai-shu.
It is crisp, dry and full of rice flavor!
I would like to drink it warmed up when the weather gets cooler.
Second San-in Expedition
Purchased at the Chiyomusubi store near Mizuki Shigeru Road
This cider has a fruity sweetness and low alcohol content, making it an adult cider.
I don't care what you think about the rice or the yeast, it's a great cider to drink cold after this unusually hot weather.
At my favorite liquor store, the owner recommended this "adult cider" to me.
It had been a long time since I had had a micro-fizzy drink.
It is indeed an adult cider.
It has a sweetness like fruit juice or yogurt.
A delicious drink that goes well with summer!
Second title purchase
I like it, the king of the night!
Sake from Hiroshima, Yamada-Nishiki, why such a name?
It is not so habitual taste and easy to drink.
Suitable as a food sake
Purchased in the liquor section of Yodobashi
First bottle bought with the label
Maybe it was because I read the description, but it gave a fruity impression.
I was a little surprised because I had an image of Shibotan as a dry sake.
Reasonably priced and perfect as a food sake!
What a refreshing taste!
I heard that this sake is brewed with Kochi's local sake rice "Gin-no-Yume". That alone makes it worth drinking!
It was hot today, so be careful not to drink too much!
The sake is said to be brewed with local rice and famous water.
The sweetness of the rice can be felt even when served chilled. May be a little heavy in hot weather.
A neighbor gave me this as a souvenir from a trip to Tohoku.
This is the first daiginjo I have had in a long time.
It has no ginjo aroma when served at room temperature, and is a refreshing sake!
Tomorrow, I will try it chilled!
Purchased at Azuma Tsuru in Nishinomiya Gardens
I saw the label and bought it immediately!
I asked the shopkeeper about it, and he said he had to go all the way to Fukushima to finally get the deal.
The sake is a solid champagne gold!
It is a habitual sake with a strong acidity, but it is the type of sake that you can get into!
A good sake with a lot of attention to detail.
Buy from the usual Aomori and Iwate stores.
It has been a while since I have had a nigorizake.
When you drink from the top clear liquid, it has a strong sweetness.
When mixed with the lees, it is very rich.
It may be too thick for summer sake.
It is not that hot yet, so let's drink it while it lasts!
I saw a large quantity of it at my usual Aomori Iwate store, so I reflexively bought it.
It is a junmai ginjo, but it is served lukewarm.
I enjoy it by comparing it with cold sake.
It is crisp and dry when cold.
When lukewarm, it was full of umami!
This is a great sake!
Purchased at a sake specialty store in Umeda
I was attracted by the Poseidon label and the Emperor Karakuchi.
It is said to be a super-harakuchi Junmai-shu, fire-brewed. It is a refreshing and crisp sake.
It is suitable for summer. I heard it can be mixed with soda water to make a sake highball. Maybe I should give it a try.
Purchased at a nearby sake store.
I heard it is from a small sake brewery in Tamba.
Directly pumped from the tank, so they say.
Interestingly, it is a cloudy sake.
A summer sake with a sweetness of rice and a refreshing taste.
Delicious!
I bought this sake at a sake store in Umeda, which I sometimes visit.
The store staff recommended this sake, saying it would be a great sake when heated up.
I don't drink much ginjo-shu, but when I drank it cold, it was easy to drink.
When served lukewarm, the sweetness of the rice flavor was more pronounced, and it was definitely a good sake.
