Second bottle 🍶 from a liquor store in Kisarazu.
The owner recommended it to me. It was right up my alley in terms of gasiness, richness, and umami. It tastes similar to Akizuka's directly pumped sake. The wine was also picked up to my liking, as I would expect.
I will definitely stop by when I go to Kisarazu!
