I got another one as a weekend treat. Kagawa Prefecture, come to think of it, first time checking in. It's quite similar to Aki-Deer! It has an assertive acidity, not too sweet and a bit astringent. This is one of the best I've had recently! There is a repeat! It might be similar to Kurumizaka, my favorite in Wakayama. PS: I had them make a gizzard snack for me. They are perfect!

A reward for a week. This time the wife and son went out of their way to buy it for me. Moromi is an amazing sake. It was thick, carbonated like a sparkling wine, a little sour, and delicious. The aroma on the top of the bottle was like the aroma of a hot spring. I have never seen so many blue bottles. It was beautiful with the moromi!

This is a nostalgic product that I used to drink a little bit when I was in Osaka. The label is cute 🦌. It's a bit dry, fresh, and a bit sour? I'll drink it only on weekends from now on, and take a day off on weekdays! (I drank almost the entire bottle of No. 4 yesterday.)

It had acidity, a crisp mouthfeel and was not too sweet, just tasty. I have been drinking more and more recently, and I can't tell the difference in taste anymore...but it's OK, because everything is delicious! Today we went strawberry picking in the rain. Next year, I want to go in the high season. Thanks to my younger daughter for keeping us company. I wonder if my older son's Tomica was good for potatoes.

The second item for a couple of high school best friends. This one also has a strong flavor. Sparkling, nigori. It was gorgeous and full of flavor, like the quintessence of Hiroshima. Very tasty. I think I'll buy this line of wine from now on.

When I invited a couple of my best friends from high school over to my house, I bought a sake that was close to my friend's taste. I usually don't buy sweet sake, but it was not too sweet and had a good flavor. I started to think, "I like this one, too. I had my wife make me some gizzards and we had a great dinner. I hope my best friend and his wife will be good friends for a long time.

First check-in in Okayama Prefecture. Fashionable in the shape of a wine bottle. The owner is a female master brewer. It is sharp and dry. Not too light, but gentle and delicious. I drank it all the same day I bought it...too much! It might be perfect for inviting friends over.

First check-in in Kumamoto Prefecture. As the label says, it is very refreshing and light. I would like to enjoy it with strong dishes. I went to my 2 year old son's soccer experience today, but he ended up crying without touching the ball for even a second. I hope he gets interested in it!

This is the first "tobin-tori" sake. It is a sake made by collecting the drops of sake from the weight of the unrefined sake in the top vat. It was made with a lot of time and effort. Purchased on the way home after leaving work earlier than usual to pick up the children from daycare. Haginotsuru's New Year's Shibori in a summer cup. I had it last time and it was so good I wanted to have it again, but I thought they wouldn't have it because it was the first day of spring, but they had it! I had to go to work so I asked my mother to buy it for me. It is slightly carbonated, not sweet and has a great flavor. And this time I enjoyed it with a Shiki sake cup that my wife gave me for Valentine's Day! I fell in love with this boar cup at first sight at the Kanmei Sake Brewery. This time we had it in the spring version because it was the sake for Risshun (the first day of spring). It's fun to see the color change when you pour cold sake into it!
