I was able to finish work early at the end of the year, so I went home.
It was more refreshing than I expected and a little weak.
The wife had the exact opposite impression. I want to drink Getsu Zhong Tian.
On the way home from my child's nursery school Christmas party.
The alcohol content is quite strong and gives the impression of a pungent taste on the nose. I could taste the flavor as soon as I put it in my mouth, but it disappeared soon after. I don't think I'll have a repeat,
I signed up for Risshun on Feb. 4 and am looking forward to it!
The presentation at the Christmas party was well done with a smile 🎅.
Arawashiri. It has a strong alcohol content, and you can feel the stimulation of alcohol on your nose. It tastes quite refreshing, but it has a rough, mischievous taste! I like this kind.
It has been a long time since it was directly pumped. It is carbonated and has a great flavor!
It may have quite a punch. The owl label is cute.
I'm about to get depressed at work, but I'm going to drink my favorite sake and do it without overdoing it!
My wife bought this for me when I was in a heavy work mode.
I think this is the first time for her to buy a tank-squeezed one...? I was told that it was made with a lot of time and effort. You can see the dregs floating in the clear liquor.
It is fresh and has a great flavor, but at the same time, it has a calm and mature taste!
I was exhausted from work and my wife bought it for me. It cheered me up at once.
It's been a long time since I've had "Yamahai". The acidity and umami are outstanding!
It has quite a lot of alcohol. It has a high alcohol content of 18 degrees.
The next day after opening the bottle, the alcohol is gone and the umami is still there. 🙆♂️ It's good Yamahai after all!
I bought it after tasting it at a corner liquor store in my neighborhood. It was sweeter than I expected, but still tangy and well balanced.
I asked my daughter to accompany me.
Souvenirs when returning home to my parents.
Delicious konjac, I want to go back to Miyagi,
I want to go back to Miyagi... with a hamburger steak... 🍖Good ◎
Last purchased on a trip to Kisarazu.
It is made from Koshihikari, and I bought it with high expectations because I had enjoyed "shirakiku" from Kyoto before. shirakiku had a direct pumping gas feeling, but this time it had a simple and clean taste. I think it is an easy-drinking type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Purchased on a trip to Kisarazu.
(I had a Tokushima brand I hadn't checked in yet, so it was mostly for collector's sake.)
It is super dry, and as the description says, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, with a clean and crisp taste with less fullness.
I would like to enjoy it alternately with a mellow sake.
The rest are from southern Kyushu and Okinawa!
Purchased on a trip to Kisarazu
A new product using 100% of a new variety called "grainsuke". It's kind of... normal...? (It's good as usual) 🙆Cute label🙆
First bottle of Kisarazu trip. This is the first brand in Chiba.
It is full, heavy, a bit on the sweet side, but also tasty with a nice sharpness.
The kids had the most fun with the pool🏊.
First Saitama check-in. Now all prefectures in Honshu have been conquered!
It has the carbonation and freshness of nokumi, and a richer flavor than Akizuka's nokumi. It is not too sweet and has a good balance.
It arrived as a hometown tax payment. It was very tasty when I drank it in Wakayama, so I repeated it.
It has good acidity and umami. It has been a while since I drank a bottle, but I will drink it in moderation 🍶.
I received this from a colleague at work.
Strong peculiar. Soy sauce. Similar to Shintschida and Akirika's Yamahachi and Hachi Hachi. It is messy in a good way.
Tastes different for different tastes. Both myself and my wife liked the taste!
It's been a long time since I've had a crop. I used to drink it often when I was in Osaka.
Sourness is good. It could be a little more. It is refreshing.
It's great in the cool autumn air.
I asked my mom to buy it for me and my child on the way home from daycare. I was so relieved when I received a video saying, "Daddy, I bought some sake!
The label design is cute, but the taste is sharp and dry on the nose.
I didn't expect to find Aki-shika at a local liquor store!
I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before. I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before and thought it was time for hiyaoroshi.
When I drank it, I found it to be more matured and umami than other Aki-shika.
The taste was elegant and mellow, and very typical of Aki-shika.
On the way home from playing at the park with my son, we went to a sake shop for the first time in a while.
I bought this sake again, as I have never been disappointed with sake from Kagawa. Even when drunk chilled, it has a full, rich, and full-flavored taste. The aroma is very pleasant to the nose.
