On the way home from my child's nursery school Christmas party.
The alcohol content is quite strong and gives the impression of a pungent taste on the nose. I could taste the flavor as soon as I put it in my mouth, but it disappeared soon after. I don't think I'll have a repeat,
I signed up for Risshun on Feb. 4 and am looking forward to it!
The presentation at the Christmas party was well done with a smile 🎅.

Last purchased on a trip to Kisarazu.
It is made from Koshihikari, and I bought it with high expectations because I had enjoyed "shirakiku" from Kyoto before. shirakiku had a direct pumping gas feeling, but this time it had a simple and clean taste. I think it is an easy-drinking type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Purchased on a trip to Kisarazu.
(I had a Tokushima brand I hadn't checked in yet, so it was mostly for collector's sake.)
It is super dry, and as the description says, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, with a clean and crisp taste with less fullness.
I would like to enjoy it alternately with a mellow sake.
The rest are from southern Kyushu and Okinawa!

First bottle of Kisarazu trip. This is the first brand in Chiba.
It is full, heavy, a bit on the sweet side, but also tasty with a nice sharpness.

It has the carbonation and freshness of nokumi, and a richer flavor than Akizuka's nokumi. It is not too sweet and has a good balance.

I didn't expect to find Aki-shika at a local liquor store!
I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before. I had never seen "Kuragakimura" before and thought it was time for hiyaoroshi.
When I drank it, I found it to be more matured and umami than other Aki-shika.
The taste was elegant and mellow, and very typical of Aki-shika.

On the way home from playing at the park with my son, we went to a sake shop for the first time in a while.
I bought this sake again, as I have never been disappointed with sake from Kagawa. Even when drunk chilled, it has a full, rich, and full-flavored taste. The aroma is very pleasant to the nose.
