I bought it at Takadome Sake Shop when I visited Yokote.
The ogara-mi of Harukasumi's No. 6 yeast is available in the market, but the draft sake is only available at Takadome Sake Brewery.
It is easy to drink, with a mild and refreshing mouthfeel typical of Harukasumi and a hint of the freshness of the No. 6 yeast.
It is easy to drink, with a mild, clean mouthfeel that is typical of Har Kasumi, but with a touch of bitterness from the orikara.
It also has a freshness, or perhaps a slight gaseous feeling, typical of nama-shu.
It is a complex yet delicious sake.
The sweetness stands out and is easy to drink with a meal.
