It is easy to drink and delicious without any peculiarities.
When paired with food, the sweetness stands out and tastes even better.

First restaurant recommended to me on my trip to Saga.
We were told they had a bottle of Shinmasa, so we ordered it.
They said it was a fresh sake made in 2020.
Compared to the Shinmasa I've had before, it was more sake-like than sweet.
Still, it is delicious with a soft taste.
