Junmai Ginjo version of the previously uploaded Chitose Tsuru 😁.
Light and delicious!
I'll keep coming back 😊.
Glad to see Hokkaido sake getting better 😊.
I was attracted by the label, which looked like something my parents or grandfather used to drink.
I drank it cold.
It was more smooth and tasty than I expected.
I had heard about Chitose Tsuru since I was a child.
I found it in the Hasegawa Sake Shop, so what do you have? So I bought it.
I was told that it is best served at room temperature (chilled), so I had a glass of it chilled.
There was a slight spiciness, but the gentle flavor spread.
I can see why it is so delicious.
I thought maybe it would be good at any temperature, so I had a glass each of lukewarm and hot.
I liked it best when it was lukewarm, as it filled my mouth with flavor and sweetness.
The hot one was crisp and dry at first, then the umami spread. It's also delicious.
It's a bottle I want to keep coming back to.
I like the balance of acidity and sweetness😁.
The brewer wanted to bring out a little more acidity, but we like it best now!
I've had it at room temperature and lukewarm at the sake shop.
We like it best at room temperature!
If you heat it up lukewarm, it becomes a little more angular, and if you cool it down, it becomes a little less angular.
Room temperature is best!
I've been using it for a few years now and I've never had a problem with it.
I'll be back for more.
