I met Ryugetsu Jyushiyo at my favorite restaurant in Shin-Tokorozawa!
And I saw a Jyushiyo Ochoko for the first time. I want one myself.
It tastes like silk. Too good.
This store always has some kind of high-end Jyushidai.
In the past, I've had a bottle of Shuanghong and others at this store.
It's a restaurant-only sake from Hiroshima and was apparently served at last year's G7. It has a good balance of sweetness and sharpness! I drink it at a restaurant called Otona no Hideout Aaban.
This restaurant is interesting in that the customers decide the price of the dishes and the restaurant offers recommended dishes accordingly.
I found Jyushiyo in Hiroshima!
I'm drinking it at a restaurant called Japanese Kappo Hikaku.
I am convinced that of all the Jyushidai's, I like the Yamadanishiki one the best. It is super duper delicious!
Happy New Year!
I am having this today after visiting Izumo-taisha Shrine.
It is crisp and dry, but at the same time aromatic and delicious.
I wish everyone a safe and peaceful holiday.
Good evening, DKS 😃.
Sanin San'yo Round Trip‼️ looks like a fun trip 🤗Train 🚃 trip? I have the impression that Tottori sake 🍶 is mostly dry, but Chiyomusubi is fruity and delicious 😋.
Jay, thanks for your comment!
I'm afraid of the hangover inability to drive since it's been a week of car rentals 😂.
I knew Chiyomusubi was one of my top 5 favorites 😋.
I had the impression that Jikin is mostly fire-aged, and it has been a while since I drank a draft sake.
This restaurant recommends sakes that go well with meals, and you can learn how the taste changes before and after eating snacks.
It has a strong smell of alcohol, but when you drink it, it passes through your nose and you feel no pain from the alcohol at all.
The sake tastes like sake, but it is also apple-like and aromatic.
