It is quite similar to the Gifu sake we drank yesterday. Although this is also not my favorite type of sake, the quality is so high that I can drink it deliciously.
This is my first time drinking Gifu sake.
I'm not a fan of the taste, but this one is just plain delicious. The guy who painted one of the fish in the picture on the label was in this store.
I met Ryugetsu Jyushiyo at my favorite restaurant in Shin-Tokorozawa!
And I saw a Jyushiyo Ochoko for the first time. I want one myself.
It tastes like silk. Too good.
This store always has some kind of high-end Jyushidai.
In the past, I've had a bottle of Shuanghong and others at this store.
It's a restaurant-only sake from Hiroshima and was apparently served at last year's G7. It has a good balance of sweetness and sharpness! I drink it at a restaurant called Otona no Hideout Aaban.
This restaurant is interesting in that the customers decide the price of the dishes and the restaurant offers recommended dishes accordingly.
