From left to right in the image, Bessen Morohaku (spicy) Yamadanishiki Nakadori Daiginjo (Balanced)⭐︎ Chotokusen (sweet) Sake Mirai Daiginjo (Slightly spicy) Yamadanishiki Daigokujo (sweet) It's hard to choose one over the other, but for today's mood, I'd have to go with the Nakadori Daiginjo!

High end of Kudokigake. It is said to be limited to only 60 bottles per year. This one is sweeter than the one we drank the other day, even though it has a higher rice polishing ratio. It is as good as Jyushiyo.

Threateningly polished rice ratio of 22%! I have never drank something so polished before. Although it has a sake level of -3, it does not feel that sweet. The spiciness that is typical of sake can be felt and is well balanced.

Good evening, Gyaban-san😄. In Takahata, Nishikibana was sold in the same space as Yonetsuru and Benten, and at a Yamagata beef barbecue restaurant, Nishikibana was the only sake on the menu. It must be a locally loved sake 😁.

☆☆☆☆☆ For now, I'm going to bind myself to not drinking Shonai sake. So, Dewazakura, which I drink rather often. Is this the first time I've had Yukimanzai? This one is delicious and easy to drink. It has a slight sourness and sweetness. Dewazakura is good, isn't it?

☆☆☆☆☆ Dry Junmai. Have you ever had Yonezuru? Sakewa, you can't search your own posts anymore, can you? It has a dryness to it. And yet it has a gentle umami, and the lingering impression is beautiful. It also has a sharpness. At any rate, everything is delicious, including this.

☆☆☆☆☆ I have now drunk the three Yamagata City breweries. I'm still going to Yamagata Prefecture sake. I'm a little concerned about the 20-year age, but it tastes like ripe fruit. It tastes a bit habitual, but it's not bad. It's just plain delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ A brand I've never seen before. Hiyoroshi. This one has a strong sense of maturity. The sweetness and umami come afterwards and are of a high level. I order a small glass to drink different kinds of sake, but Yamagata's sake is the best!

☆☆☆☆☆ The night before the Imojikai Festival. There was no strong will to dare to miss it, but it was still the main round of temptation. I hadn't had a glass of Jyushidai itself in a very long time. And it's delicious.
