It is clean, sweet and delicious. I drink it at a nearby izakaya. I am surprised that almost all restaurants in Sendai are as high level as Tokyo's high class restaurants.
Not a secret sake, but a secret sake. One theory is that it is at the level of Ryusen. It is a little-known sake. We purchased it at Ishizawatei in Koenji. We had it opened at a very good izakaya near our new house in Sendai. It was very delicious.
I received this as a housewarming gift.
The distributor is Sound House, a musician's purveyor.
It seems to be a minor brewery, so I can't find it on a search.
I moved to Sendai.
I went to a place where they have about 10 kinds of Jyushiyo and cheap drinks.
I can't tell you the name of the place because social networking is prohibited. Sorry.
On a trip to Sendai. I received a very limited sake that can only be drunk at a few places in Sendai. It has a crisp, clean taste and is perfect as a food sake.
Found a DEEP sake BAR in Koenji. Hakutsuru-Nishiki EXTRA is probably the first time I drink it. Jyushidai EXTRA is my favorite sake. I remember drinking Yamada-Nishiki, Yuki-Megami, and now Hakutsuru-Nishiki, but I think they all have a similar taste.
Craft saké light nigori. The owner, who is from Niimasa, made this sake by combining sake rice and hops, which are the ingredients of beer. It tastes like Belgian beer, but not that sweet. There is a repeat.
