A little yellowish, with some clay. It smells like pineapple, ripe muscat and lychee. It's similar to the way the back of your throat gets squeezed when you smell citrus. The mouthfeel is smooth with a little clay and a little weight. The palate is smooth with a bit of clay and a bit of weight. The nose has a fresh pineapple sweetness and acidity, followed by a honeyed sweetness and a refreshing citrus acidity. After that, a good bitterness finishes the aftertaste. If you drink it on its own, you may find it a bit tiring to drink.

It has a slight tang. It smells like ripe melon, banana and cotton candy. The mouthfeel is slightly runny but not sticky. The taste is sweet like mizarashi, fruit honey and maple syrup. There's a hint of citrus or pineapple sourness that stimulates the back of the throat. Normally a sake with this level of sweetness would have a cemedyne scent typical of high grade alcohol, but I didn't feel it at all. And there is no bitterness in this saké. It's a bit thick, but it's very crisp...that's the great thing about the 14yo.

I don't remember... Anyway, the label on this limited edition bottle from Takachiyo is so cute, I'd buy it as a jacket if I saw it. It's pink and muddy and highly carbonated, and it's not too shizzy. It was hard to open the bottle 😂.

サラサラとしていて黄金色が美しいです。 糠の様な香り、藁な様な芳ばしい香り、ビニールの様な香りでしょうか。複雑で紹興酒の様。含むと生酛とは思えない位お酒らしい酸や旨味は少なく、水の如くすぅーっと喉の奥に流れていく感じで、香りは上立ちが強烈な分、含みの香りが物足りなく感じる位スッキリしています。余韻は苦味が少し感じる位でしょうか。とびきり燗で濃い目の中華とどうぞ。

この味わいで4000円オーバーならコスパはあまり良くないかもです…後は好みでしょうか。 因みに燗酒での酢豚との相性は良かったです◎

うっすらと濁り少しトロミがあります。 桃や食べ頃のバナナを思わす香り。 含むとトロミの少ないメープルシロップや桃の蜜の様な味わいとテクスチャーでしょうか。 酸味と苦味をあまり感じられず。

甘味がドカーンっと感じる感じ…甘味が力強く感じてまとまりのある日本酒はそうはないと思います。 この日本酒はまさにそういう感じ。甘いけど旨いという。ソーダ割りやロックでも楽しめるかと思います。

薄めのレモンティーの様な色味で少しトロミがあります。 硬めのメロン、桃、バナナの様な香りでしょうか。健やかで唾液が出そうな酸味を感じる香りです。 含むとトロミがあり、まとわりつく様な甘味と旨味を感じます。メロンの蜜の様な感じでしょうか。爽やかな酸味が鼻から抜ける様は心地よく一瞬日本酒という事を忘れてしまいそうです。それぐらい飲みやすい印象を受けました。 余韻はまとわりつくフルーティな甘みを少し残し少しの苦味とドライにキレます。 甘、旨、酸のバランスが凄く良いです。

ほぼ透明でサラッとしている。 若干のセメダイン香や揚げたバナナの様な香りをかんじます。そしてスパイス的な香りでしょうか。 含むと甘酸っぱい…杏やチェリー、甘めのすももといったところでしょうか。それと同時に酵母が生きていてピチピチ口の中で踊ります。辛口とありますが爽やかな酸味のおかげでライムを絞った炭酸水みたいな感じで飲めます。 余韻はそう長くなく旨味と酸味を力強く感じつつも短くキレ良くきれていきます。
