ゴジョレヌーボー
This is the first sake brewed by the Kiyamasa Shuzo brewery with the use of the "kamishime" method of making sake. It's hard to believe that this is their first time brewing this kind of sake, but it's amazing that they have reached a new level of brewing while still retaining the Jikin style.
Personally, I prefer it lukewarm 🍶.
