Rich and juicy, this sake has a wonderful balance of flavor, sweetness and aroma. It is a bit different from the packaged sake, but this was outstandingly delicious.
It has a soft mouthfeel with a robust flavor and aroma. The rice is Omachi, which gives it a distinctive bitter aftertaste.
Saku is a stable and delicious sake.
The bottle was so fizzy that the cork flew out the moment it was opened.
My impression was that it was spicy for a Kaze no Mori sake. Of course it has a strong umami and sweetness, but there is a spiciness at the back of it.
The annual Sweet Emotion.
It has sweetness, a gorgeous aroma, and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. It is a stable and easy-to-drink sake. I must drink this once a year after all.
A delicious sake with a strong flavor and sweetness unique to Hiragana Takachiyo. The aroma is also robust and juicy.
Takachiyo, both in kanji and hiragana, makes me want to drink it regularly.
Refreshing and fruity, this sake is perfect for the hot season. It has little sweetness, making it a perfect food sake. The aftertaste has a slight bitterness that is unique to Eiko-Fuji.
This was the first time I had seen this sake, but I bought it as a toast to the Ise-Shima Summit.
It is a fruity sake with a deep flavor unique to Omachi. The balance of acidity and sweetness was very good.
It is an amazing fruity, sweet and sour sake. It tastes completely different from the floral aroma. It is very easy to drink, partly because of its low alcohol content. The aftertaste was interesting in a good way.
The sake is fruity, refreshing, and has a strong umami flavor. It is a stable Omine quality. The day after the bottle was opened, the sweetness also increased.
It is an easy-drinking sake with the effervescence, freshness, moderate sweetness, and freshness that only nama-shu can provide.
It was very easy to drink, with a strong and delicious flavor.
This sake was found at Ponshu-kan in Echigo-Yuzawa. I have always liked Takachiyo, so I jumped on it just because it was a Niigata limited-edition sake (lol).
The freshness, moderate sweetness, and outstanding flavor of the unpasteurized sake did not disappoint, or rather exceeded my expectations.
It is a very tasty sake with a strong umami and sweetness, and the freshness of unpasteurized sake. It has a great depth of flavor, so you can drink it all by itself.
The freshness and fruity taste that is typical of nama-shu is noticeable in this sake. It is less sweet and a little spicier than Omachi or Yamadanishiki.
It is delicious in its own right, but I personally prefer the label with the shiny Nabeshima lettering.
It is a fruity and fizzy sake with a distinctly raw feel. It has a clear sweetness in a clean and crisp way. This is the first time I have bought Senkou, and it is very good.
It is fruity, rich, and full of flavor. I have an image of Takachiyo being sweeter, but this is more of a umami flavor.
It is a stable Takachiyo. And after all, raw sake is delicious.
