Fresh aroma and sweetness Beautiful nigori sake It doesn't drag on the sweetness, so for a sweet sake, it was good even during a meal! In fact, I drank it all in one day! The summer one was like a wine, but the winter one was like a sake! Well, I will probably get it again next year!

I was in a department store in Osaka and was wondering what to get as a souvenir. I was wondering what to buy as a souvenir. I'm glad I bought it! It has a good balance of sweet and sour, not too bright but with a strong flavor. It's just a little bit sweet and it goes down quickly. I never get tired of drinking it, so it's very good! It makes me want to try the rest of the lineup!

Kyoto Souvenir Uncorked for XmasEve I never saw or knew about this sake in my hometown. Not spectacular, but calm. It has a perfect balance of sweetness, umami and astringency. Sake as a souvenir makes me happy!

This delicious little guy was still in the fridge ♡. Fresh and sweet I can't help but drink it smoothly and gulp it down. I can feel a slight bitterness in the aftertaste after a few glasses, but it's delicious! If the aftertaste is refreshing, the pitch is too fast 😅.

I had uncorked it the day before and voila! It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Sweet and sour and spreading like a sizzle! Is this alcohol? It's still slightly carbonated and has a nice tangy feel to it, and the color is pretty too! I'm hooked on craft sake!

Comparison with yesterday's hiyaoroshi from Mimuro Sugi Same Omine Omachi Omine is sweeter and tastier! I like it so much! Mellow and smooth taste No alcohol feeling left behind, and the taste remains the same even when the temperature is raised a little! I prefer Omine ♡♡♡♡!

Husband's favorite brand. Autumn will be over 🍁. So we uncorked it! Melon-like ginjo aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it is powerful from the start! The deep umami spreads out, and as it fades away, there is a slight bitterness and a sense of alcohol. So-so in my opinion! Suitable for a mid-meal drink

Kouei Kiku: I love this sake so much. Gekko is my favorite, but I also like Mikumo. Now, Sky and others... The ginjo aroma is nice. Sweet and heavy, with acidity chasing after it. This, this, this... I can match my favorite sake with anything. Nabe, oden, snacks, salads... It went well with all of them! I have to pace myself so that I can keep it for tomorrow and onwards!
