The lid was raised, so I was expecting a carbonation sensation. I expected it to be, but it wasn't. Daimine's characteristic clean, fruity taste. Quite sweet, but not dragging. It is refreshing. Suitable for drinking on its own. The cup is cute, I would buy it again.

Buy it because it's a bit unusual I like craft liquors a lot. The beautiful gold liquid makes my heart flutter! Smells and tastes like honey 🍯. Soft and elegant sweetness It tastes like lemonade when mixed with an equal amount of lemon-flavored, unsweetened soda. It's sweet, but surprisingly it can also be enjoyed with food.

Large bubbles when poured into a glass It's like sparkling wine! It was clearly labeled as sparkling sake. The aroma is of rice and ginjo. The bubbles are quite strong, but it's exactly what you want in this hot summer! I drank 3 glasses in a row after saying cheers! Well, it's just a cup, but still lol! What do you think of the sake? I think it's a cup of sake. But for sake lovers in Japan in such hot weather, I'll drink it anyway!

I love lactic acid fermentation type sake. Transparent sweetness and umami A little acidity No strange bitterness or numbness even when just uncorked. It has a strong flavor even though it is low in alcohol content. The taste does not change even when the temperature is raised a little. It was worth the effort to choose it after consulting with the master brewer himself about our preferences at the tasting! I should have bought another bottle!

Not at all like sweet Eiko Fuji. Sake degree ➕14 It's been a while since I've had a dry sake like this, so I was a little surprised. It has a nice mouthfeel and goes down smoothly, so it was surprisingly easy to enjoy with food.

Autumn Sake in this season I had it sitting in the fridge. When you take a sip, you are immediately hit with a sweet, sour, deliciously bitter taste. A light astringency lingers on the palate, but since we had western food today, it was no problem! I want to drink it again! It's the season for summer sake, but it's surprisingly good! Maybe I'm just a tasteless person 💦.

I thought the bottle looked like Daimine's Natsu no Otozure, so I bought it to compare. Slightly sour aroma when opened. Light sweetness and acidity, voluminous for a low alcohol, light and sharp. Sake is clear and quite easy to drink.

I purchased summer liquor and opened it immediately. Alcoholic and a little gassy when opened. Fruity acidity and delayed umami. The second glass, after shaking it lightly and mixing it with the oriki... The sweet and sour flavors are well combined. Maybe because of the alcohol content, it is not too sharp, but it does not leave a lingering aftertaste, so it is good during a meal.
