よっしいWe had some time before our meeting, so we had a quick drink. A light cloudy sake with a gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness. It has a little bit of acidity, a refreshing acidity, and a good amount of sweetness and umami. It has a gaseous taste that I like, so I think I'll buy some for home use next year!

よっしいVarious corks were opened at home during the New Year's holidays. After that, I drank a lot outside, so I haven't opened a bottle at home for a long time. I like Kouei Kiku for a long time. Some of them change their taste during the process, so I quickly uncorked them. There is a little aroma. The first sip gives it a nice "sizzle" feeling.
