Summer sake purchased for the first time in a long time The beautiful blue bottle is very cool! Sake with a hint of color When chilled in the refrigerator, it has a sweet and tasty flavor. Sweet and tasty! The second glass is on the rocks. It is lighter than shochu on the rocks, but it leaves a strong aftertaste, so it can be served with oily food. By the way, I paired it with spring rolls today. The alcohol content is high, so it doesn't dilute the taste. I'll try heating it up tomorrow! It's only 500ml, but you can enjoy it in many ways and it's a great value!

Finally, early summer Summer sake on tap! Normally, this sake is supposed to be fired, but the one we were able to get was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ✌️ Corked with a bit of vigor! Fine bubbles in the glass! When I drank it, it didn't have the fizziness that I expected, but had a refreshing sweetness and a slightly numb aftertaste on the tongue. I'm going to leave it for tomorrow to see how it changes!

We had a small dinner We had it at a high-class tempura sushi restaurant. Bespoke sounds special! I guess high-class restaurants serve high-class sake! The taste is soft sweetness and acidity that doesn't interfere with the meal. The smooth and not too sharp aftertaste was not enough to pair with sushi, but that's the atmosphere 😆.

Slightly yellowish. Sweetness, acidity, and a hint of bitterness spread across the tongue at once. Not too sweet for a kijoshu, but rather dry. Surprisingly, it can be enjoyed as a food sake 😊.

Last of our spring sake... It should be ///////♥️ Light enough to drink on its own. A little gasiness remains, but not so much that you can feel it on your tongue. Refreshing sweetness and acidity that is on par with the beautiful blue-ish color of the bottle. Thinking of the fleeting 🌸 that we didn't get to see much of this year I thought this lightness would be great for a picnic!

A sake I've always wanted to try at a restaurant I always go to that I've never met before. Clear sweetness and a little sourness with a young melon flavor. It's a little bit frizzy, but it goes down softly. I paired it with a smoked dish, so I could enjoy the depth and complexity of the flavors.

Not grilled oysters, but raw oysters. A light sake with a strong acidity. I think it goes well with fish in general. It removes the fishy smell of fish, but it's still refreshing, so it's perfect as a mealtime drink. It also goes well with oily food.

I love Red Takeshi. I like seasonal products and I've been relatively undrinkable in this series. The Yamadanishiki sake is light and clear. It was elegant and suited the atmosphere of a wine glass, not an izakaya glass! I thought it was better suited for eating as it had less acidity than the seasonal products. ☺️

I went to eat raw oysters at a restaurant. I was told that it matched better than white wine, so I tried it. Indeed, the impact of the acidity and the sweetness were better than white wine, and it was easy to drink! Limited Distribution Products Purchased online Good aroma, sweet? The moment I thought "sweet? When you swallow it, you can feel its umami, alcohol taste and sharpness. The balance is suitable for eating. The only thing that bothers me is that the light bitterness is floating around in the bottle. It's been less than a week since it arrived at my house.
