Revisit the restaurant where we drank the day before. They asked me if I wanted the same Ame-go-Tsuki Ginpu Kou-tsuki. But since we were there, we ordered something else! This is another Hiroshima sake that I had been avoiding, The balance of sweet and sour was the best for me! I would like to buy a bottle for my home!

The third item we received Sake for the store's anniversary event. The aroma is just so good 🫶🏻💗 ̖́- And sweet but not too sweet, it lingers in your mouth well after drinking! It was a nice sake that I want to drink again

Unusually, we had it on the second case after having a glass of wine first! Not too sweet for the sake level. It was easy to drink as it was not heavy

It's spring🌸! The color and taste Slightly sweet and slightly effervescent. It's good for a toast by itself, not with a meal. I'm afraid to drink it too much if I buy it for home

Second drink of the day after a long day of hard work. I'm not a big fan of Okayama sake, but Gozenshu is one that I've had a few times and found easy to drink! It seems to be made in the SDGS style. It had an aroma and sweetness that made it easy to drink even at higher temperatures!

Anniversary events at stores you frequent Shinsei 1 glass 500 yen ‼️ We were grateful for the delicious drink 😋. Seriously though, I can't get it so I have to drink it at the store, But it's so expensive that I can't drink it even if it's there. I loved the rich flavor of the raw oysters and the fruity taste of the shinmasa. I loved it so much! No, I like them both so much that they are delicious even if I don't drink them together.

Tenmei after a long time It's really light or watery... I guess it's low alcohol so it goes down easy, I don't really like the taste. It's like a dry white wine. I'll let it rest in the fridge for a bit, I'll let it rest in the fridge for a bit. After 5 days, the wateriness was gone and it became easier to drink. I think it's a little richer now.

I asked for it because I like Akabu. I didn't feel the fruity taste that is typical of Akabu. It was a clean and refreshing sake. Maybe it was because of the strong aroma of the Amaou salad that I paired it with. I didn't feel the aroma of Akabu that much. Maybe the aroma and taste of Akabu is better when the bottle is opened.

It's been a while since I've been outside. Heated sake with low al It's light and smooth, not punchy like most yellow sakes. No punch. We had it with smoked albacore and grated cauliflower. Is it good for gentle flavored dishes?

Two bottles of this too to compare. Both tastes to my liking Jade is fresher and more pronounced. If I wanted to drink it slowly, I'd go for the amber.

Keep the one year old one in a safe place. I tried to compare the drinks. As you can imagine, last year's wine had a round taste. When I drank it last year, it was not as good as the year before. I wonder if it has grown up. This season's one had a strong sour taste.

Pair of bottles opened following SEA I bought it twice last year because it was so delicious. MOUNTAIN I couldn't taste that much flavor this year. Too drunk? Drunk too much? I'll drink again after a few days.

Surprisingly refreshing. Maybe a slight bitterness at the end? I left it for a few days, but the taste didn't change that much. It didn't have much of an impact on me.

Sunday (before the New Year's holiday) I bought it at a fermentation store. They said it goes well with fried oysters Looks like a sweet rosé wine There is acidity Full-bodied after a day! I wanted to heat it up, but I forgot and drank it all! I would like to have it heated again if I have the chance!
