At the restaurant I always go to.
I like the balance of sweet and sour.
Brewed by a person who trained at Toyo Bijin's brewery.
Toyo Bijin is also easy to drink, but ROOM is more modern.
I'd like to try other ROOMs!

Haneya likes the standard shimmering fire,
Sake Rice Exploration series, I had one made with Aomori's sake rice, Hanabukiyuki!
It was a bit mellow, fruity but with a soft sweetness and a beautiful pull that was very nice!

Refreshing and juicy sake
Deliciously sweet with little acidity.
Not so sharp at the end, but it disappears quickly.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
You can drink it without disturbing your meal.
I heard that it is also good lukewarm, so I want to try it when I have some left over!

Kochi sake is dry ☝️
Sweet sake that completely overturns the "dry" taste.
The aroma is subdued, yet gorgeous.
It is sweet but has a lot of depth!
When it hits the upper jaw, wow! This is my first time tasting this 👏.
It finishes with a light kick.
I've never had this taste before, so it was a new experience for me!

I found one I liked at Miwazakura.
It's not a brand I would ever buy for home use, but this was different!
There is something fluffy floating in the liquid, and when you drink it, it is thick and rich!

The top clear glass alone is a little dry at the end.
Mixing it gives it a deeper flavor.
We had it only for a toast on New Year's Eve and finished it later with a regular home-cooked meal.

This was the best when I drank it at the store, but when I drank it at home, I was surprised at how schwarzy it was: ‼️
When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and gasiness, and it quickly becomes light and sharp.
Even 4.5 days after opening the bottle, the gasiness is still there.
