Slightly gassy and easy to drink
This was a free-flowing sake for the restaurant's anniversary celebration.
Green curry was also served, and it went surprisingly well with it!
At the restaurant I always go to.
I like the balance of sweet and sour.
Brewed by a person who trained at Toyo Bijin's brewery.
Toyo Bijin is also easy to drink, but ROOM is more modern.
I'd like to try other ROOMs!
Haneya likes the standard shimmering fire,
Sake Rice Exploration series, I had one made with Aomori's sake rice, Hanabukiyuki!
It was a bit mellow, fruity but with a soft sweetness and a beautiful pull that was very nice!
The label is cute💓
Slightly sour aroma.
Soft sweetness and sourness when you drink it
A little bit of alcohol lingers on the tongue
Beautiful sake that goes well with strong Japanese food
Refreshing and juicy sake
Deliciously sweet with little acidity.
Not so sharp at the end, but it disappears quickly.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
You can drink it without disturbing your meal.
I heard that it is also good lukewarm, so I want to try it when I have some left over!
Kochi sake is dry ☝️
Sweet sake that completely overturns the "dry" taste.
The aroma is subdued, yet gorgeous.
It is sweet but has a lot of depth!
When it hits the upper jaw, wow! This is my first time tasting this 👏.
It finishes with a light kick.
I've never had this taste before, so it was a new experience for me!
After eating and drinking...
It's an easy-drinking sake! I'm going to leave it for tomorrow and see how it goes!
Fresh and gassy
medium sweetness
Fruity sweetness
Sweetness that seems to drag on and then quickly disappears
Elegant sweetness
I decided to drink it again on a different day because I made a dish that is a little more refreshing to go with it.
I drank Shinshu Kamerei for the first time!
I heard it was easy to drink, but it really is ‼️
Fresh and fruity!
You can drink it as a food wine and never get tired of drinking it!
I found one I liked at Miwazakura.
It's not a brand I would ever buy for home use, but this was different!
There is something fluffy floating in the liquid, and when you drink it, it is thick and rich!
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness.
I found something good!
It's nice to find an unexpected sake while out for a drink!
At a bar where I always go for a drink
I got it as a New Year's gift in a cup of sake!
I wish I could have had it first 😭
I had already had 4 drinks that day, so all I can say is that it's delicious!
It's a hana-hiyo-ya, I wanted to taste it more.
Happy belated New Year!
Just purchased and corked for a family member in the Year of the Snake!
Gorgeous and juicy!
The top clear glass alone is a little dry at the end.
Mixing it gives it a deeper flavor.
We had it only for a toast on New Year's Eve and finished it later with a regular home-cooked meal.
I am looking forward to drinking various delicious sakes this year!
Good morning, Yoshii 😃.
I knew the toast on New Year's Day 🥂 is a bottle of New Year's Day 🤗 but it's also good to drink it slowly after a day from there 😋.
Edogari Series
Shuwapichi
This was the best when I drank it at the store, but when I drank it at home, I was surprised at how schwarzy it was: ‼️
When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and gasiness, and it quickly becomes light and sharp.
Even 4.5 days after opening the bottle, the gasiness is still there.
Edogari
When I compared them at the restaurant, I preferred the classic one.
But at home, when I paced myself and paired it with various dishes, I found it the most relaxing of the three.
Good evening, Yoshi 😃.
Edo bari has a strong first impression of classic 😋 but as you say, if you take the time to savor it, you'll see how good retro can be 🤗.
Jay & Nobby ♡.
Thank you for your comment: ❣️
I think that comparing the three types of wine makes it easier to understand the meaning of the name expressed by the brewer!
I've only had up to Zero, but I'd love to compare it with Zero: ☺️
Fresh aroma and sweetness
Beautiful nigori sake
It doesn't drag on the sweetness, so for a sweet sake, it was good even during a meal!
In fact, I drank it all in one day!
The summer one was like a wine, but the winter one was like a sake!
Well, I will probably get it again next year!
I finally got to drink it.
No, it's really a juice!
The lychee flavor is amazing!
It has a nice aroma, sweetness, and no sharpness of alcohol, so it's easy to drink, not sake.
It's a toast!
I was in a department store in Osaka and was wondering what to get as a souvenir.
I was wondering what to buy as a souvenir.
I'm glad I bought it!
It has a good balance of sweet and sour, not too bright but with a strong flavor.
It's just a little bit sweet and it goes down quickly.
I never get tired of drinking it, so it's very good!
It makes me want to try the rest of the lineup!
