First toast with the supernatant. The sweetness and strong acidity are like juice. Mixing in some white cress gives it a more effervescent taste and makes it even more delicious. Even though it is sweet, there is a little bit of wine-like taste. 500ml of it disappears in an instant! I heard it's a secondary fermentation in the bottle, so I'd like to observe the process. I wish they would sell it in 4-pack bottles, but I like this slim bottle as well...

I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again this year. The sweetness and aroma are noticeable. Sourness came and then bitterness. The bitterness is stronger than last year. I wonder if it will change by tomorrow. It's a beautiful sake with a good flavor. It's easy to drink.

Yes, I bought it again this year. Very tasty and handsome again this year. Winner 🏆. Fruity and sweet 😋. No bitterness and a slight aftertaste I would like to try Aizan's Tenshi too!

LIBROM for a long time since it was in the store Fresh sweetness and acidity A bit of spring-like young bitterness at the end. The color is apple-like, but the aroma is strawberry🍓. Maybe it had been a little while since the bottle was opened, but it didn't have any schwarziness.

What a freshly opened bottle! First, the top clearnace...gorgeous aroma and freshness! While I was looking at it, the ochiori came up from the top and I had another glass! It has a gaseous feel, yet it drinks smoothly and smoothly. It's on my list to buy next year!

My favorite Kamo Kanehide special junmai! I brought it home with me because there was a nama-sake version! I was a little unsure of the difference between the regular version and this one 🤣. I love the light mouthfeel and low alcohol content, which makes it a great sake to have on hand for any dish!

🌸Season 🌸 of cherry blossoms You have to drink this! The mouthfeel is more schwarish than my favorite Harukoyi, and I drink it with my throat! Awesome 😱! Soft mouthfeel, sweet and sour, lovely color... There is no lingering alcohol or bitterness at the end, which I often feel with spring sake! I would recommend it to people who have never had sake before and I would love to bring it to Hanami, but it takes a lot of time to open the bottle if it's not perfectly chilled, so I ended up drinking it at home 😊.

Continue to order a sweet, spring-like The aroma is refreshing. If you want something sweet to go with a meal, this is a good choice. It has a sweetness, but it goes away quickly. It doesn't lose its edge, so you naturally end up drinking it again! I can buy the trendy sake on my own, but it's nice to meet new people too!

At a restaurant I frequent. I ordered the sweet spring one. The light cherry pink color is already to my liking by the look of it! Sweet but not too sweet and heavy, a little sour It might be called a juice, but if you're going to drink it by itself, the first glass should be like this, just like a girl! Well, I don't feel like I'm drinking sake, so it's inevitably a bit of an okawari 😆.

I finally went to pick it up and opened the bottle that day! I had never visited the brewery, so I tasted it while wondering what it would be like to have a freshly squeezed bottle. The aroma is fresh, and immediately after taking it into the mouth, there is a numbing sensation and a clean sharpness on the upper jaw, with a delicious flavor on the tongue. I like sweet and sour flavors, but this is a very mature taste for me! As the day goes by, the sourness is added and it has a rummy taste.

I bought it because I had drunk it before and enjoyed it. I kept it at home for about a year to drink with someone who wanted to drink it. Not much aroma as the bottle was just opened. It has a clear acidity, a gentle sweetness and a slight bitterness. I heard it is recommended to raise the temperature a little more, so I'm looking forward to drinking it from tomorrow onwards! I think it is sweet and easy to drink among Ryusei wines.

The bottle has been on standby since the end of the year and finally opened! The aroma is gorgeous! The first thing that comes to mind is the strong acidity, perhaps because it was chilled too long. Then, umami, and soon it becomes sharp. As the temperature rises, the acidity subsides and the sharpness becomes more noticeable. It is a sake that should be enjoyed over a long period of time. The next day, mix a little bit of oli that settled at the bottom of the bottle. It seems light and faint. No strong acidity at all, a little numbness remains on the tongue, but it is very easy to drink and tastes great! This is why I can't quit drinking at home🤗.
