Niseko Purple Made from "Kitashizuku" produced in Kutchan One of the three worst breweries in Hokkaido, as my grandpa used to say... No, no, it's not like that at all... It brings out the flavor and sweetness of the rice, and is served with cream cheese mixed with Kinka mackerel cured ham and kazunoko... it was the best match ^_^! Nisseko, it's delicious!
