Bought it because of the interesting name. Is it good with meat? Does it mean I should drink it with gusto? I was thinking about it a lot. The label on the back says to enjoy drinking without thinking too much ^_^. The snack was a bluefin tuna. Lunchtime sake is the best!

Yamagata's Yamaboshi. My first sake Now all Tohoku is filled ^_^. The crackling of the rough running is subdued and the clarity of the ginjo comes out well, making it easy to drink. Good taste 😋.

FENGKUNI Junmai Arabashiri Nama sake This sake is from Fukushima Prefecture. The freshness of the rough running is reserved. I like the unique gusto that only a pure raw sake can give me. It is not high in alcohol content and can be drunk all the time without snacks. It's good!

Okayama Sake: Sanzen Omachi 65%. With a Kirameki Degree of 4 stars. Gassy, freshly pressed flavor. The aroma is not rough and sharp, but mellow and pineapple-like. Good taste 😋.

Kiku no Tsukasa Junmai Ginjo - My First Sake First, a cold sake. It has an elegant aroma and a sweet taste. When I heated it up, it became a different kind of sake. The aroma is stronger and the flavor is more mellow. Both are good😋.

Imanoura Daiginjo in Shizuoka! My first sake from Shizuoka Prefecture, I think! Raw sake with a round feel, easy to drink and get drunk 😋.

Nabeshima after a long time. Kitashizuku I don't think it's that high on the Nabeshima grade, but it's still Nabeshima. It's good! A little sweet, with a nice mouthfeel. It's good!
