Kumamoto's local sake with horse sashimi. The driest one on the menu! It was also my first time to try barbecued horse meat and I was surprised at how light it was! I want to try it again 🥺.
Junmai Daiginjo was purchased at a sake brewery festival. Souvenir to my parents' house. I was told that the sake brewery here has a lot of dry but sweet sake, but it was easy to drink and I drank it in no time 😂.
Shigemasu's Sake Kasu Shochu was given to me at a snack bar! It was my first time to drink sakekasu shochu, but the flavor is similar to that of sake! I enjoyed it with water!
I didn't know that Kitaya had such a sake! It was also sweet but fruity and not just sweet! I really like the taste!
I've been wanting to know more about sweet sake lately 🍒.
All-you-can-drink sake with my father and sister (10)
Very fruity! I don't usually drink sweet but I can drink this fruity one! I can't wait to drink it again if it's this fruity in a lineup that is mostly spicy.

I didn't know it was from Fukuoka! It had a strong flavor and was delicious... and the staff at the restaurant was kind enough to pour out a generous amount of sake.

Really tasty! Otters included in all-you-can-drink is too good to be true...it's still delicious 🥰.

It was Itoshima's sake, this season's draft, and the only cloudy one of the three we compared.
This one was also sweet but easy to drink and didn't cling to my throat at all...! This sweet sake was also a great discovery for me as a dry sake drinker ✨.
It is sweet but very fruity! I am a dry wine drinker, but I can drink this wine without hesitation, and if it is sweet like this, I would like to drink more.
A cup of sake on a trip to Kurashiki. It seems that Okayama is sweet even though it is described as dry! I got the recommendation for dry at this restaurant! It was delicious with Tsuyama's famous Yomenakase!
I also bought a Daiginjo sake called "Ah" as a souvenir, so I am looking forward to drinking that too.
