This is the sake that I liked the most in Fukui where there were many kinds of sake! When I see that it is dry, I immediately order it. The salty specialty heshiko goes well with the refreshing Tsuneyama sake! The albacore tempura was also a hit.
I asked the owner for his recommendation in the drinking comparison, and he recommended this one. It seems to be one of the most popular in Fukui. it had a solid taste among the three.
The sake had a strong sake flavor, but was refreshing after swallowing, and I realized once again how much I like sake.
I enjoyed it with albacore tempura and ume crystals.
The snowman label is also cute for winter. ⛄️
It is said to be a limited quantity sake for winter.
Sake from Saiki, Oita. George Tokoro praised this sake. I bought it as a souvenir at a roadside station in Hita.
It was sweet but refreshing and delicious.
This is dry! So refreshing! It doesn't get stuck in your throat, which I really like! Similar to Kawaiso from Koshino Kanmei, my favorite type. It came out at my parents' house 😌 recommended by my father.
I think this may have been my #1 favorite! It was refreshing, but still had the alcohol feel to it and was really tasty! I would drink it again! Favorite!
