I received this wine from a business acquaintance. It is fruity like a white wine, but also mellow. During the bubble era, Niigata was known for its light, dry wines such as Kubota and Hakkaisan. When I received them as year-end or mid-year gifts at work, I used to drink them with my seniors with pleasure! 　These days, I don't like to buy them myself anymore. I feel the passage of time.

The drink that created the brewers of Dom Perignon 🍶. 15,000 yen is unaffordable, but I was able to drink it at the meeting. 　It is like a colored wine, but it is not light and has depth! 　Could it be similar to 14 Tashiro?

Fruity yet mellow! It also has a throat-tingling sensation and is delicious as an aperitif or as a mid-meal drink 😋. 　I've been able to drink it since I went to a meeting after receiving an offer to work in Saga!　I lost my transfer to Saga and had to go to Morioka, but drinking Nabeshima and eating squid sashimi was the best!

At one of the sake meetings 🍶 I enjoyed as much as I could of a brand I had never tried before. 　When I lived in Saitama, I could buy it, but it was hard to find in Tohoku. 　After all, fruity like pineapple🍍 is the best aperitif 😃.

Speaking of Niigata, there were many brands of light and dry sake that were very popular during the bubble period, but this one is somewhere between light and mellow. 　It has a sharpness, so it goes well with both aperitif and mid-meal drinks. 　Let's go buy it again.

It tastes like bananas and has a freshness that comes with a swirl! Not sweet or refreshing. As time goes by, the fizz goes away and the taste changes to a deeper one. When I heard "Machida," I thought it was from Machida City in Tokyo, but I didn't realize it was from Gunma! I would like to drink it again and again 🍶.

Purchased at Akita station on a business trip! First time drinking it, but just the right mouthfeel🆗. The price is unbelievable at 1500 yen for 45% polished rice. I drank it at home with my family and they said it was easy to drink and delicious 😋. I think it's best to buy locally because of the shipping cost if you buy mail order. I'll look for it at a liquor store in Fukushima.

Akabu does not betray me. I have been drinking it ever since I first encountered it while working in Morioka. 　The brewing alcohol gives it a sharpness. It is fruity and medium-bodied. It has depth! 　The price is unbeatable for this taste.

I like Akita sake, but this is my first time! I bought it because there were only a few left at the liquor store and because it was under 3,000 yen excluding tax. It was even better than I expected. It's medium-bodied, mellow, and fresh, and I love the way it coos in my throat after drinking. 　It made me want to drink other kinds of sake as well.

I've been hooked on it since a nearby liquor store recommended it to me 6 years ago when I lived in Hasuda, Saitama. The name and the color of the bottle attract me, but it's also very pleasant to drink😃. 　It's light but has depth, and it's very refreshing at the end! 　It can be served as an aperitif or as a mid-meal drink. The election is coming up, but this is former Minister Gemba's family's brewery. 　It's not the fruity, glamorous taste favored these days, but it's the taste that old-time sake drinkers love! 　As a food sake 🍶, it is excellent 😋. The famous sake served at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit! 　Reminds me of the two shots of Abe and Obama. Is it really Koizumi, Ishiba, or Trump Harris? 　It tastes like a white wine with a clear and deep taste. It must have been chosen to suit both Japanese and foreign top executives. 　In Fukushima, you can only buy it at certain places! 　I appreciate that no matter when I drink it, every kind tastes as expected!

Because it is a popular sake, even the liquor store where you can buy the best sake has a limited number of bottles available for purchase, only one for each family member. The taste does not disappoint. 　It has a deep taste, but it is also crisp and not too strong. It also goes down your throat quickly. 　It reminded me of the excitement I felt when I attended a Ryozeki-san-only meeting deep in the mountains of Yuzawa, Akita.

A refreshing, crisp drink for summer 🍶. I wonder if it's the effect of the brewer's alcohol in it? Like the 14th generation Takagi Shuzo's Asahitaka, I can't help but feel that this taste for around 2,700 yen is indeed from a popular sake brewery.
