Even though I'm in Fukushima, I can't get it in the middle.
I guess it's sweet and spicy, dark and light, and somewhere in the middle. Anyway, I can't get over how easy it is to drink and how it goes down soooo easy.

I received this wine from a business acquaintance.

During the bubble era, Niigata was known for its light, dry wines such as Kubota and Hakkaisan. When I received them as year-end or mid-year gifts at work, I used to drink them with my seniors with pleasure!

I like Akita sake, but this is my first time!
I bought it because there were only a few left at the liquor store and because it was under 3,000 yen excluding tax.
It was even better than I expected. It's medium-bodied, mellow, and fresh, and I love the way it coos in my throat after drinking.
It made me want to drink other kinds of sake as well.
