I received this wine from a business acquaintance.
It is fruity like a white wine, but also mellow.
During the bubble era, Niigata was known for its light, dry wines such as Kubota and Hakkaisan. When I received them as year-end or mid-year gifts at work, I used to drink them with my seniors with pleasure!
These days, I don't like to buy them myself anymore. I feel the passage of time.
