The Izumi River is as expected after all. The slightly muddy water is typical of this time of year!
The first cup was a bit nasally. The sourness and sweetness afterwards are great.
I think it tastes better than Tobiroki😋.
I feel happy that I got it as well since I have a policy of buying great sake at a fixed price 😀.
