It is not mellow, but has a sweet sake taste. The aftertaste is also a little sour or something. I enjoyed it with a pot of Kayanosha dashi. There is a smell, but I can't describe it in words. I want to improve my nose, tongue, and vocabulary.

Refreshing aroma. Slightly effervescent and smooth. The slightly spicy sharpness and a mildly spicy feeling lingers in the throat. The mild, yet not overpowering feeling is just like this snow. It may not be my favorite, but the seasonal snowy look and the packaging in collaboration with United Arrows is just too cute to recommend. ‼︎ The bottle will be displayed carefully.

My husband was excited to find this Kuroryu at a tavern around my in-laws' house. Today, we visited a New Year's party at my parents' house, so we had it together as a souvenir. It was chilled and refreshing without any peculiarities. The taste is consistently refreshing, with no mellowing effect. Smell...unknown due to a stuffy nose. LOL. I expected it to be dry because it says the alcohol content is 16%, but it was more light and refreshing than dry. I was expecting something more like this, or maybe it was just my tongue. Sake seems to be very deep. Today was the second day. I compared it with Senkori UA Yukidaruma......it has no punch! It is just like water. Is this the taste of Kuroryu? I am looking forward to Hitoshizuku or Hitoshibori, which I have reserved for 6 months from now.

I came across Kaze no Mori at a liquor store in Kobe, which I had always been curious about after seeing it in the rankings. I bought this one, not knowing which one I liked best because there were so many varieties. It was just as it was described as delicate and dry, easy to drink but with a nice sharpness. I forgot to enjoy the smell again.

This is one of the Nabeshima bottles we got at a liquor store in Hyogo. It has a clean and crisp taste, not too light and not too heavy, and was delicious with sukiyaki. I am happy to have a good sake at the end of the year. I wanted to remember how it was different from the other two bottles, but the pleasant atmosphere made me only remember how delicious it was. My only memory is that it was delicious.

I was told not to drink alcohol for 3 days after the surgery, but I was invited to have about 1.5 drinks. It's slightly sparkling, not too sweet and not too light. The aftertaste is delicious, but I don't know how to describe it. I don't think it's a bit of a cloying taste, but it's not the same as umami either. It was nice to see the inside of the bottle fluffy like falling snow when I opened it.

Last time, Honochi was to my liking and ran out in no time, so this time I bought a bottle. This time, I bought a bottle of Honochi. I realized that even though they are the same "Saku", they are very different. It tastes good chilled and is easy to drink, but it still seems a bit mellower and a bit heavier than the previous one. Maybe I didn't refrigerate it enough because I only had it in the vegetable compartment. But it won't run out soon, so I'd like to enjoy it little by little for a long time!

I thought the color scheme of the label was stylish💅cool and cute, and my husband pushed for me to try it and bought it. This is my first Kido. It is refreshing, easy to drink, and tasty, but the aftertaste leaves a lot of sweetness. I regret that I forget to enjoy the smell every time I drink it. It was a good sake. Thank you very much for your kindness.

I didn't recognize the lychee-like aroma (I was in the middle of a sinus infection...ugh), but the throatiness and consistently clean and crisp feel has made it leap to the top of my recent list! I may be saying that every time, but this is the best ☝️✨ right now, and I like how it's not too sweet.

First visit to the brewery on 11/9. This was the only one they were selling at the moment. One bottle per person is the limit. The price was in the 1300 yen range for a four-pack. It was tasty, with a cleaner mouthfeel and less mellow than the previous one.

My husband was very happy to stock up on this bottle. It was the first sake related to Shinmasa, which I have longed for. It was so sweet! We prepared sashimi, chicken sashimi, and meat and potatoes, but it was too sweet and seemed a shame. It was delicious enough, but my heart was screaming that there must be more dishes that go well with this sake! My heart was screaming, "There must be more dishes that go well with this sake! LOL. However, the fruity sweetness that one would not expect from rice left a lingering aftertaste that made me want to try other sakes in the series. Thank you very much for the treat!

Hi Azuki 😃 I know this is a similar comment to Kamerei's 😅 I also remember when I first saw Shinsei at a liquor store, I asked "What? I remember asking "Can I buy this? ⁉️" 😄I haven't tried Amanagashi but it looks like it can stand alone 🤗.

It is becoming a tradition in our house to order sashimi for the turtle-aged. LOL. This time, too, we ordered it for her. It is still delicious. It has a more mellow aftertaste than the previous one. The aftertaste is refreshing, but I realized that I may not like the mellowness.... But again, it is still delicious.

I saw it on sale in limited quantities at a marche in Gamagori and bought it. The first taste was mildly sweet and a little bit sluggish, followed by a slight bitterness, but the aftertaste was rather refreshing, which was new to me. It was a new taste for me. It went well with sashimi. It was not so good with the potato chips I added because I ran out. LOL!
