Refreshing and clean. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
You can drink as much as you want. Only available in the summer season! Nice. ☺️
I just looked back and saw that I drank it before 🤭 lol. My husband liked it!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong sweet taste at first, but the aftertaste is very refreshing and you can drink it easily. The taste made me think that this is Kamerei!
My husband went to the brewery for work, so I asked him to go there every day to buy some. Kamerei is not available at the liquor store nearby, so I want to drink it carefully, bit by bit, while chewing my happiness. I want to drink it carefully, biting my lips a little at a time, thinking of Noto. I learned for the first time that there is such a connection between liquor shops and products! It is wonderful.
It is sweet but has a very refreshing aftertaste. It is a sake that is easy to drink. It is my favorite sake among all the sake I have ever had. The first time I tried Kamerei, my husband happened to buy it for me near a sake brewery, but it was hard to find locally, so I made a reservation two months in advance at a liquor store about an hour's drive away. I ordered a sashimi platter for Kamerei and my husband and I enjoyed it. As the name Hitogokochi suggests...we ran out of sake in no time, but we were full of deliciousness and happiness!
Hi Azuki 😃
We both chased after Shinshu Kamerei 😍I remember how excited we were when we could buy it for the first time 🥹.
You cheered in the 🙂↔️ car while we were calm at the cash register at the liquor store 😆.
Thanks for the comment! I laughed because we're so much the same when it comes to "being level-headed at the liquor store." 🤭 It's still not easy to buy. I envy those who live near sake breweries! LOL!
I received this as a gift from an acquaintance who went on a sake brewery tour. Today we compared them with Chinese sake. Both were cooled down well and drank very neatly. I prefer the Junmai Ginjo, which is more refreshing than the Daiginjo, which is mellow (?). Junmai Ginjo is more refreshing than Daiginjo.
I think I like Junmai best now.
I bought it because it was the last bottle in the store and caught my eye. I found a sake that I liked that was refreshing and delicious. We enjoyed it while having a seafood BBQ. It was refreshing and perfect for summer.
I told the waitress that I prefer something refreshing and a little sweet, and she recommended this bottle. It was indeed quite fruity. It was refreshing at the beginning, but left me with a sweet taste and a burning sensation in the back of my throat. Maybe it was because I hadn't had sake in a while? But it was delicious. It went well with sasakama.
