I remembered that Harada had a special junmai that was delicious and I had never seen it before so I bought it😊.
Smelled like pineapple the moment I opened it!
It's a bit tart, with a punchy sweetness to a slightly quirky bitterness!
The bitterness is there but you can still taste the pineapple flavor, it's rich and lingers! It's like it goes with meat and western food!
I guess Hawkeye is a more refined version of Gemetsu🤔I'd love to try it!
