I stopped by a liquor store on my way back from buying my favorite oysters, Konagai Oysters, and found Aizan 😆 I'm so happy I wanted to drink it!
A slightly spicy, raisin-like aroma.
It's a little spicy and raisiny, with a sweetness, a spicy whiskey-like aroma, and a minty bitterness. It's not exactly what I imagined, but it's a taste I haven't had very often and it's delicious!

It's fierce 😆 I didn't think it would be there and shouted yosh in my mind lol.
It's been about 2 hours since I opened the bottle and the smokiness has mellowed and it's delicious again 😆.
