It's my first time to try Akatake Origari!
This year the label is also Christmas-y 🙆️.
Not as gassy as I thought it would be!
I think the Junmai was stronger!
It has a gentle sweetness and a sourness reminiscent of white wine!
It's like a white wine, perfect for Christmas!
Never tasted anything like it before, so happy to drink another new Akatake😆.
