Smells like muscat!
Not much of a hiyaoroshi aged feel to it, it's clean and crisp! It's got a freshness to it and a balanced taste! I'm not a fan of hiyaoroshi but the saku is delicious😊.

It's a brewery rather close to me but it's my first time drinking it😊.
This sake is from Ukiha, a city famous for its fruit!
It's refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness and flavor! It's the type of sake that is typical of the Chikugo region.
It tastes great when it's cold, but as the temperature rises, the old aroma gets stronger 😅.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Got it by chance at a liquor store I stopped by on my way home from a friend's wedding! I've never seen Katsucoma before 🤩.
My father-in-law loves sake and I love sake😊.
It has a slight banana aroma and sweetness, with a good flavor, but it felt thin to me!
It's a very simple sake, but it has a beautiful and gentle taste that makes you want to have another one!
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle even though I rarely get to see it 😭 all that was left was the box 🥲.

It's my first time with Cho-Oh-Roku, so I'll take the Honjo with a ★1 for now!
The aroma is a bit pungent but not unpleasant🤔.

Shichibon鎗 recommended with MIYASAKA!
It's a wooden barrel brewed sake with a fruity woody aroma but with a slight vinegary note😅.
After the second day, the vinegariness disappeared😊.
It has a mild umami taste with a crisp and clean aftertaste!

This is the first time to have a special Junmai made from Yoshikawa Yamada Nishiki!
When it was first opened, it was dry and crisp for a Nabeshima!
The aroma is a bit sémé!
From the second day on, the umami starts to come out and it becomes good👌.
