I've had my eye on Tenmei for a while, but haven't been able to find it, so finally got to drink it! Fresh and slightly gassy like a new sake.
The aroma is gentle, and you can feel the umami and sweetness of the rice. The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and the taste is refreshing.
The taste is so pleasant that you want to keep drinking it!
I became a fan after the first glass!
