It's a regular sake even though the rice is polished to 40%! It is an interesting sake.
It looks like a daiginjo, but it's not a daiginjo!
It has a clean, fruity aroma with a polished feel! You can feel the slight alcoholiness, but it's just right!
Clean and refreshing, with a melon-like sweetness and roundness to it 😊.
Went great with the yellowtail sashimi!
