Nice to meet you Nature Township🍶. I heard it is brewed with Nama Moto yeast and unfiltered and unpasteurized 🤔. It tastes like a blur when you put it in your mouth... No, it seems soft, but as it goes to the back of the mouth, umami, acidity, and sharpness rush in, and yes, it's GOOD👍. I'm not sure if it's my health condition or not. Is it my physical condition? I'm not sure, but I thought it would have a stronger umami flavor closer to junmai. I guess it's good as a food sake 😅. That's my personal subjective opinion. I'll try it tomorrow.
