It's been a while since I've seen you at Takano Sake Shop in Teine.
Mr. Kimata recommended me to try it, so I bought it!
I've never seen it before.
But I looked it up and found that there are several stores selling it in Hokkaido, including Sapporo and Asahikawa.
The lid is one of the hardest to open ever.
It's sealed tightly.
Fruity aroma, with a moderate strawberry taste.
Strong alcohol taste that comes immediately after.
Impression of a dry sake that is hard to believe that it has a sake strength of -3.
I don't mind the sake that gives a different impression from the one intended by the brewer 🤔.
This purple air is best drunk chilled 🥶.
