Now that it's getting colder, I wonder if it's possible to store some of the unpasteurized sake under the rim? I wondered if it would be possible to store the sake bottles that don't fit in the fridge there. So I threw the thermometer under the rim, and after a few minutes, I found it was 15 degrees Celsius. Yes, too bad. Now, this is my first Hassen. I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The label is blue and sparkling, so it's cool. It's almost a jacket buy. I'll have some. A fresh, crisp, fresh scent. Gentle. There is almost no alcohol smell. The taste is pizzazz! Sweet and fruity. I wonder if it's apple. Easy to drink. I was thinking, "This is going to go fast," but it's gone faster than ever. I want a bottle of this (leaving aside the storage space issue). Worst case scenario, I'm thinking of storing it in the garage or outside. This time, Hassen was so good that I put it in my Hall of Fame. I am happy to report that it has been certified as a brand I will definitely buy when I see it. I want to go to Aomori. Such a sake. Cheers.
