It's Friday in a flash.
It's been a fast week.
Recently, my subordinate asked me, "What song is that? My subordinate asks me, "What song is that?
It seems I'm tired.
Now, this time, it's Kagamiyama.
I can't leave the words "new sake" and "freshly pressed" out of my mouth, can I?
The aroma is a little alcoholic, probably because it is 17 degrees.
It is slightly tangy. It's not nearly as sizzling.
The sweetness spreads, and it doesn't feel like it's that high in alcohol. It is crisp and easy to drink.
The second day.
It has come. It has mellowed and is suddenly much easier to drink. It's starting to feel more alcoholic, but the sweetness is still there, so it's a good mix.
Sake can really be enjoyed all year round, can't it? It's deep, too deep.
I've had hangovers from drinking too many beers, too many highballs, and too much wine, but for some reason I've never had that problem with sake.
It seems to suit my body.
I want to drink more new sake.
Such sake.
Cheers.

I recently got this Kagamiyama new sake too.
This is my first one so this review is very helpful.
I'm really looking forward to opening the bottle😋.
