I've been skipping updates.

That's it, it's because of the annual Master's Day.
This time, it's my first Amabuki.

A daiginjo in love with winter, very nice!
The aroma is slightly sweet with a subtle alcohol smell.
When I put it in my mouth, it is quite strong sake feeling for me.
The taste of the rice lingers all the way through, this is intoxicating.
I have a feeling that it would be better for me to let it sit for a while and let it settle down.
One day later.
I was right. It suddenly became easy to drink. The flavor of the rice is mellow and delicious.
I'm sure the two of them must have gotten to know each other over the years.
That is my fantasy.
The seasonal label is also fun.
Unexpectedly, I often think, "Let's choose this one! There are a lot of things that happen.
I'd like to drink sake from other Kyushu regions, too.
Such sake.
