It's hard to keep up to date. But that doesn't mean I haven't been drinking, so it piles up, and the memories fade. It's been a little while since I drank, but I'll write. Well, this time it's Kenkunichi. It's my first time to drink Usu-nigori. The aroma is fresh and already delicious. When you put it in your mouth, the stimulation of the swooshiness comes, but it's very gentle. It's not pichiswa, but swoosh. If I may say so, it is fresh wa. I don't have a word for it. But right after that, the flavor of the rice comes. I knew it was amazing, Qiankunichi. Today, I asked my wife to buy me something delicious. But now that I think about it, I remember she said something like Hassen or Kenkunichi. When I went to pay the bill with a bottle of Ken-Kun-Ichi in my hand, the clerk asked me if I'd like to see the one I bought yesterday that wasn't on the shelf yet. So I'm sure I was the first person drinking this in this neighborhood at that time. Later story. I bought a second bottle because it was so good that it ran out quickly. I don't often buy the same thing in a row, but this one is so good, I can't help it. Such a sake. Cheers.
