It has been a long time since I have tasted this instrumental Masamune. It is a little sweet but has a nice sharpness. It has a hint of flavor that makes it hard to believe it is a honjozo. It's been a while since I had it, but I was relieved to find that it is consistently delicious. I'm glad I had it.

Rating as a drink. The refreshing flavor of hops combined with a moderate bitterness makes it a delicious drink. I don't think this is a sake to be paired with Japanese food, but I would like to drink it with snacks while reading a light book on a sunny day off. It is also good as a base for cocktails. It stirs the imagination. I will definitely buy it again.

Strong fizz at first. It is exactly like a melon soda.
It has a very clean and tasty quality, but it is quite sweet and gets boring rather quickly.
It seems to go well with dishes with acidity.
The evaluation depends on the timing of drinking.

It has a strong taste, aroma and alcohol. The unique aroma of a sake yeast yeast strain is not so strong. Even with added water, it doesn't lose weight at all and is rather easy to drink.

This is a maniacal nigori sake, which is a kind of kijoshu made with mizu yeast. It is too sweet to continue drinking by itself, but you can enjoy it with tonic and other arrangements.

The taste is very different from the Bodai yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It is crisp and easy to drink without the characteristic sourness.
3.5
Little top note; 50% polished with little clutter. Simple and clean taste.
Not good in a wine glass. The aroma is more pronounced in a wide-mouth sakeglass. When heated up, the flavor is more pronounced.
The manufacturer is Kojima Sohonten of Toko.

Well, it's been a while since I've tried it,
I don't like it very much.
It has a similar aroma to the Banshu Ikkyo I drank the other day, and I thought so then too.
