It has been a long time since I have tasted this instrumental Masamune. It is a little sweet but has a nice sharpness. It has a hint of flavor that makes it hard to believe it is a honjozo. It's been a while since I had it, but I was relieved to find that it is consistently delicious. I'm glad I had it.

Rating as a drink. The refreshing flavor of hops combined with a moderate bitterness makes it a delicious drink. I don't think this is a sake to be paired with Japanese food, but I would like to drink it with snacks while reading a light book on a sunny day off. It is also good as a base for cocktails. It stirs the imagination. I will definitely buy it again.

It has a very clean and tasty quality, but it is quite sweet and gets boring rather quickly.
It seems to go well with dishes with acidity.
The evaluation depends on the timing of drinking.
