This sake has a vanilla-like sweetness and aroma, but is not harsh and full-bodied.
I like Shirataka.
They also have shochu and plum wine, which I would like to try.

I had avoided it because the nama-shu was very sweet, but I tried it again. It was still sweet, but it was easier to drink than the raw sake. But it is still sweet.

This is the first sake I've had in a long time that I enjoyed from the first sip to the last.
It is fruity and easy to drink, but the sweetness is not too much and you can keep drinking it.

The first hiyaoroshi of the year.
I am happy to be in the season when I can strongly feel the umami.
I would like to drink it again in October.

I bought this bottle even though I am not a big fan of apples, sourness, or sweetness. However, it is a refreshing drink with no lingering tartness or acidity.
I recommend drinking it chilled in summer.

I didn't know it was a sacred sake, but I bought it.
However, I unexpectedly liked the taste and wanted to try Shirataka.
It is easy to drink, with a sweetness that is in proportion to the sake's sake content.

I was attracted to the other Yamahai and tried this one as well, but it was a little different from my taste.
However, I could not match it with the meat dishes that the brewer recommends, so I would like to try it with steak or other dishes if I have the chance again.

Gorgeous and refreshing sake that is typical of nama-shu.
I would like to drink it at the temperature fresh out of the snow cellar.
