TAKACHIYO IPPONJIME
This is a different sake from the "Takachiyo" that we usually drink.
This is a product that is distinctly different from the "Takachiyo" that we usually drink.
Sake that is not sweet but has a strong sharpness.
There is a change in taste between the day of opening the mouth and after a few days. After about 4 days, the taste is mellower and less harsh.
I was lucky to be able to taste the limited edition.
