Probably more acidic in Shinsei? Grapefruit, peach? Grapefruit, peach, muscat? On the third day after opening the bottle, it started to taste like lactic acid. The taste changed quite a bit. I don't mind the third day, but I think it's better to have it right after opening to enjoy the fresh, sizzling, freshly squeezed taste and to pair it with food.
