The price was high at 3,000 yen, so I couldn't afford it, but I got up the courage to buy it.
It tasted even better than I expected!
The sourness and sweetness are quite strong and in perfect balance to my liking!
The president of this brewery has a goal to become a sake brewery, and from his twitter feed, I can tell that he is a very passionate person.
He has trained at Shinsei, worked as a brewmaster at a brewery in Asakusa, and has actually grown rice.
