It's not spectacular, but because of its acidity and high alcohol content, it seems to go well with oily dishes.
It is easy to drink, and I drink more and more (^◇^;)
It is a mixture of four kinds of sake: Hiroshima Hatanmen, Okayama Omachi, Niigata Gohyakumangoku and Hyogo Yamadanishiki.
